Contingent Buyer Program (CBP)

A Contingent Buyer (CB) is a buyer that qualifies for a model home purchase without the need to sell their existing home. The Buyer must be qualified through Patriot Homes USA’s mortgage lender. After the CB moves in to a Patriot Homes USA model home, Patriot will pay CB $1,000 on or about the 15 th day after the first full month of the CB move-in date of the Patriot Homes USA model home. The payments to the CB will be as follows and will continue for 12 months or until the CB existing home goes “under agreement”.

Patriot Homes USA will pay up to $9,000.00 in mortgage assist payments to CB as follows:

Months 1 through 6 $1,000 per month*
Months 6 through 12 $500 per month *

* CB must agree to list their home with Patriot Homes USA’s approved real estate affiliate. CB must accept an offer from a prospective buyer that is within $6,000 of the listing price of the CB home.
